01. Store Operator & Application of These Terms

Merovixayu™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Mingqifeng Network Technology Co., Ltd.

By placing an order through Merovixayu.com, you agree to these Terms and the store policies applicable to the transaction, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment & Security information.

02. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, specifications, intended-use information, pricing, and availability accurately.

Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting conditions, materials, manufacturing tolerances, production variations, or other reasonable product variations.

Customers should review available product measurements, materials, use details, care information, and suitability information before purchase, particularly for travel pillows, cushions, blankets, organizers, and accessories intended for a particular travel setup or carrying space.

03. Order Submission & Acceptance

An order confirmation indicates that an order request has been received. It does not necessarily mean that payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, or fulfillment checks have been completed.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the purchase.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

04. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Before an order is completed, checkout displays applicable product prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

05. Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are expected ranges rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, holidays, remote destinations, and other circumstances may affect actual delivery time.

06. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should contact us before sending merchandise back. The registered business address is not automatically the return warehouse address.

After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, we initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional posting time.

07. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly.

Where relevant, please provide photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, included components, or issue being reported.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer for an error attributable to us.

08. Order Changes & Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

09. Promotional Offers

Discount codes, limited-time offers, and promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

10. Appropriate Product Use

Products purchased through our store must be used lawfully and in accordance with applicable product information, dimensions, care instructions, warnings, and precautions.

Travel comfort products such as neck pillows, lumbar supports, leg supports, seat cushions, travel pillows, blankets, and sleep accessories should be positioned and used only as intended.

When a product is used in a vehicle, aircraft, train, bus, or other transportation environment, it should not obstruct required safety equipment, restraints, aisles, controls, visibility, emergency access, or instructions provided by the applicable transportation operator.

Travel organizers, packing bags, toiletry bags, and tech organizers should be used within their intended capacity and packed in a manner that does not unnecessarily damage the product, luggage, or personal belongings.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended travel use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a purchase, transaction, or use of the store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on Merovixayu.com.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted generally applies to that transaction.
